How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited UPS shipping is available and service rates are calculated by location for all domestic orders. Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, your complete order will ship out on the date of the latest item. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select one of our expedited shipping options below at checkout.
Please note, all packages are sent with carrier provided insurance and a signature is required for delivery.
Ground Shipping: 2-8 Business Days - Allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing.
2-Day Shipping: 1-3 Business Days - In stock items ship the same business day if order is received by 12pm EST. Made-to-order items ship when ready.
Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day - In stock items ship the same business day if order is received by 12pm EST. Made-to-order items ship when ready.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy (U.S. Customers Only)
From the date your piece arrives at your door, we give you 7 days to fall in love. If you decide your piece is not right for you, reach out to us to initiate your return! To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.
There is a $15.00 USD handling charge for return shipping that will be deducted from your refund. To initiate your return, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping label.
Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale within the Additional Product Information section on the product page.
Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or greater will be considered final sale
Personalized jewelry: All customized Name It jewelry, jewelry containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items.
Custom orders: Any jewelry piece we do not carry on our site
Specialized orders: If we order a piece in a gold color, custom chain length, or ring size that we do not carry on our site
Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase!
Refunds take approximately one week to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
At this time, as we are unable to ship internationally, all orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept returns from our international customers. We’re a fledgling start-up, but as we grow, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
If you want to swap your piece out for something else, please contact us email@example.com to initiate the exchange. Where possible we will help to facilitate this, but please note that all exchanges are subject to a $15.00 USD return shipping fee.
If you received a Fry Powers item as a gift and wish to return, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process! We will e-mail you a prepaid label (a return shipping fee of $15.00 applies). Once we receive your item, we'll email you your refund in the form of store credit for the full purchase price, less the return shipping fee.
